Stepper motors replace the cylinder drive of traditional feeders, and precision copper gears replace mechanical linkage transmissions. Through a 14-pin quick-connect connector, the feeder receives a 24V safe power supply and IO communication signals from the host computer, and accepts command signals to control the feeder's operation.
Instructions for Operating Panel Use
Wiring Method
AO: Generally refers to the length of the widest side of the molding slot on the left and right. (The position of AO for special products may vary depending on the drawing.)
BO: Generally refers to the longest length of the upper and lower surfaces of the molding slot. (The position of B0 for special products may vary depending on the drawing.)
PO=4: The distance from center to center of adjacent holes in the upper row.
P2: The distance from the center of A0 to the center of either of the two circles on the left and right sides of the upper row of holes.
S: The distance from the center of the upper row of holes to the center of the lower row of holes.
F: The distance from the center of the upper row of holes to the center of BO. (The corresponding F values for various common tape widths are as follows: 12mm → 5.5mm, 16mm → 7.5mm, 24mm → 11.5mm, 32mm → 14.2mm, 44mm → 20.2mm, 56mm → 26.2mm, 72mm → 34.2mm)
E: The distance from the center of the upper row of holes to the upper belt edge. Corresponding table for each bandwidth F value.
KO: The distance from the lowest part of the molding slot to the surface of the molding slot.
DO: Refers to the diameter of the circle of the upper row of holes.
D1: Refers to the diameter of the central hole circle.
W: Refers to the width of the material tape.
T: Refers to the thickness of the material tape.
P: Refers to the distance between the centers of two adjacent molding slots A0.
