Push-type Chip Feeder
This feeder adopts an industrial-grade intelligent design, offering strong compatibility, high feeding speed, and configurable feeding parameters . It features both online and automatic modes for user-friendly operation , and supports fault alarm output with remote reset functionality. Communication options include GPIO and optional RS232. An easy-to-operate color touchscreen is provided for displaying and setting parameters. When integrated into automated equipment, this feeder effectively enables automatic material supply and enhances production efficiency, making it well-suited for the SMT industry, 3C manufacturing, and the logistics sector .
1.Picking components from the suction cup magazine of the tape feeder.
2.Picked components positioned at stripper's designated spot.
3.The pick-clamp secures the front blank, while the pressure cylinder holds the tail blank.
4.Nozzle retracts to pick position in feed bin.
5.The pulling claw advances tape for feeding.
6.Upon completion, nozzle retrieves component.
