Panasonic Label Feeder
A specialized feeder for chip mounters. It is designed to be compatible with Panasonic, chip mounters. This unit is suitable for the automatic stripping and feeding of roll-type materials such as paper labels, protective films, foam, double-sided tape, conductive adhesive, copper foil, steel sheets, and reinforcement plates .
- 根据设备需求参考上图选型，例：QT80L(左机)型号，底膜宽度<=80mm
- 适用于：适用于对纸质标签、保护膜、泡棉、双面胶、导电胶、铜箔、钢片、补强板等卷式物料，实现自动剥离供料
- 优点：效率高，CT短
- 缺点：对物料特性有一定要求
- 供料速度： 60mm/s，供料精度： ±0.25mm(排除物料特性引起误差)
