Standard Short Retracting Feeder
This feeder is designed for the automatic stripping and feeding of roll-type materials such as paper labels, protective films, foam, double-sided tape, conductive adhesive, copper foil, steel sheets, and reinforcement plates . It features an industrial-grade intelligent design with strong compatibility, high feeding speed, and customizable feeding parameters . The unit supports both online and automatic modes for user-friendly operation, and offers fault alarm output with remote reset functionality . Communication options include GPIO and RS232 . A color touchscreen allows for easy display and adjustment of parameters . Integrated into automated equipment, this feeder enables efficient material supply and enhances production efficiency, making it well-suited for SMT, 3C manufacturing, and logistics industries.
1.The feeder dispenses the material. Once the dispensing is completed, the suction nozzle grips the component.
2. The peeling blade retracts to initiate the peeling process. After the peeling is completed, the suction nozzle lifts up.
(Note: The peeling stroke should be greater than the width of the material to ensure complete and smooth peeling.)
Selection Based on Equipment Requirements: Please refer to the illustration above for model selection. For instance, the HC80L (left-mounted) model is suitable for a backing film width of less than 80mm, with a material-to-backing film edge distance of at least 5mm.
Applicability: The retractable roll feeder is designed for automatic peeling and feeding of roll materials such as paper labels, protective films, foams, double-sided adhesives, conductive adhesives, copper foils, steel sheets, reinforcement plates, and other similar materials.
Advantages: High versatility and stable feeding capabilities.
Disadvantages: Materials within the same row must be picked up simultaneously.
Feeding Speed: 60mm/s
Feeding Accuracy: ±0.2mm (excluding errors caused by material characteristics)
Feeder Extraction: Lift the rotary locating pin, hold the handle with your left hand, support the bottom of the feeder with your hand, and slowly pull out the feeder body in the direction indicated (as shown in the schematic diagram).
Note: Pull out slowly to prevent detachment!
Advantage: The feeder body can be quickly assembled and disassembled, providing convenience and efficiency.
